• From here, we will then set up your first therapy session and I will send a contact form and counselling agreement for you to fill in before we begin.

• Please note, my client contact days are Monday & Tuesday between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm and Wednesday 9am-12.30pm. Monday & Tuesday appointments can be face to face or online. Wednesday appointments are online only. My fee for a 1 hour Psychotherapy session is £60*, payable on the day by bank transfer or cash.  (Rates for school therapeutic support vary due to the bespoke nature).
